When lost, stopping to reorient is a good first step. Where am I now? How did I get here? And given that, where do I want to go now, and what do I need to do now? As your therapist, my role is to assist you in this process, supporting the release and resolution of past events and reactions, allowing you greater freedom to live.
Life is a Journey
Life is a journey, and we move through it in the bodies we we’ve had since birth. With each step we collect experiences through sense and intellect. Some inspire us. Some make us feel loved and valued. Still others hurt, confuse, frustrate or stop us in our tracks. At those times, we don’t know what to do. We may not want to continue. We feel lost. All of these emotions and experiences we store in our minds and also in our bodies. Discomfort in these times is our cue that all is not well, and that it may be time for a reassessment of our journey and path.
Entering my office, you arrive in a space encouraging reflection. I meet you as your companion and guide, poised to assist you in finding the next step on your journey to health and wholeness.
